Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

We only encountered minor problem because the card key malfunctioned and it needs staff intervention to open the door. Overall, i am satisfied and i can rate my stay 8 out of 10.

We stayed at the Xizili Art Hotel near the downtown area. The staff and friendly and accommodating even if you're a foreigner with little to no Chinese-speaking ability. The facilities were nice and the accommodation was quite comfortable. The hotel is located near many tourists spots (within 30 minutes or so by car) including West Lake, West Lake Cultural Center, Wulin Square, Hangzhou Tower Shopping City, and the Hangzhou Kerry Centre. Definitely an affordable hotel if you're wanting to spend more on food and attractions in the city.

Hotel location is good, not far from the bus station and subway station, the surrounding environment is quite quiet, downstairs is a small supermarket, there are convenience stores, fruit shops, pharmacies, restaurants nearby. There is an independent washing machine and dryer. Because it was too late to wash the clothes at night, the service staff also thoughtfully helped dry the clothes and delivered them to the door of the room, which was surprising and comfortable.
