Wir waren zum Familienbesuch im Raum Hannover und so bot sich dieses Hotel geradezu an und wir waren auch sehr zufrieden. Frühstück und auch Abendessen waren sehr gut und auch preislich akzeptabel. Durch den kleinen Wald im Umkreis fühlte man sich fast wie im Urlaub und man war sehr schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln un Hannover, das einzige Manko in diesem Hotel, war das keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war und das bei der momentanen Hitze, aber es war auszuhalten.

Leider nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Personal ist freundlich, das war's dann aber auch. Geben durchgehend besetzte Rezeption an, machen aber täglich zu einer anderen Uhrzeit zu. Am einen Tag um 22, am nächsten um 21 Uhr am Sonntag um 20 Uhr. Je nach Belieben. Damit ist dann auch die Bar geschlossen. Bei mir ging an zwei Tagen die Zimmerkarte nicht weshalb dann am Abend erst jemand kommen musste um die neu zu programmieren. Ist natürlich nervig, wenn man nach der Arbeit dann noch über ne halbe Stunde vor dem Zimmer warten muss bis man rein kann. Auch zu erwähnen ist die Nähe zu den gut frequentierten Bahngleisen. Das Hotel ist direkt an den Gleisen und die ersten beiden Nächte wacht man dann doch recht häufig auf wenn Mal wieder ein Güterzug vorbei tackert. Zimmer sind sonst in Ordnung aber sehr klein.

I suppose for a 1-2 days business trip the hotel is ok, but I cannot imagine to stay there longer. The atmosphere in the hotel is outdated and needs change and renovation that’s for sure. It looks so old in a places and it smells old. When I checked in there were hairs in the bathroom so that spoke loudly to me in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. They do not offer hotel slippers so prepare a pair in your suitcase. My room did have a list for the minibar but there wasn’t actually a minibar, or a refrigerator, nothing. The people from staff, I saw , were trying to compensate and were trying to be really helpful, friendly and attentive. The minus here is that not all of them speak English, and if I couldn’t remember the basic parts of my School level German I couldn’t have made it to order even a bottle of water I suppose.

The room was very ordinary and functional, good beds, modern bathroom - but not very spacious overall. However, for a short trip absolutely enough. Breakfast buffet was OK. The way to the parking in the adjacent parking house is a little adventureful. For businesses in the city center the location is optimal - railway station, cinema, shopping, restaurants are walking super accessible.

I recommend people to join miles program once they reach hotel. After registering, they can get free train/bus card for their stay. I feel that staff is good and responding. However, sometimes too much shortage of manning causes some issue of discomfort. Also had one incident where towel were smelly.

It is not recommended to stay at this hotel. The location is opposite the railway station and the transportation is convenient. But this advantage is not enough to conceal its shortcomings: 1. Outdated facilities, the sofa springs up. 2. The design of the bathroom is flawed and water splashes everywhere. 3. Individual service staff lack courtesy.

Overall, the hotel is recommended. Beds, bathroom and the entire ambience are harmonious with each other. The breakfast menu is plentiful but not overloaded. The staff is also very hard-working and friendly! There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty. The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have stripes, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange. There is a need for action. We are used to something different. Pity
