Sehr sauber und angenehm. Self service war OK, eine bessere Beschreibung, dass man nachts zum Nebeneingang rein muss, und wo dieser ist, wäre super. Die Person an der Türklingel konnte aber auch weiterhelfen.
Wenn ich ganz picky sein darf wäre eine Flasche Sprudel noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i.
Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung, ich komme bestimmt wieder!

Für eine Nacht im Zentrum der Stadt völlig in Ordnung und machbar. Falls man Geräusche empfindlich ist, wird es schwierig da gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite Restaurants sind, die immer gut besucht sind und entsprechend laut sein kann abends

Beim Aufenthalt lagen ein paar Mängel vor. Diese wurden nicht beseitigt. Nach der Reinigung erhielten wir keine Duschtücher mehr. Man hat hierfür einfach keine Lösung gefunden, oder finden wollen. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Management verlief bis jetzt schwierig und erfolglos.

Sehr unpersönlicher Empfang mit den Worten "Bitte online einchecken". Anschließend war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt, es gab keinerlei Ansprechpartner. Die Zimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage und es war ohne Ventilator o.ä. wirklich sehr heiß, fast unerträglich im Zimmer. Die Lage allein macht das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Sehr einfaches Hotel, zentral in der Innenstadt
Aufenthalt so lala - Rezeption nur bis 14:00 !!! besetzt, online chech-in vom Hotel selbst fehlerhaft (kein Tür code-per Mail versendet), alles sehr einfach gehalten, zu dunkel um Türcode an Zimmertür einzugeben (musste Lampe vom Mobiltelefon einschalten).

Cityhotel Thüringer Hof new CLASSIC – maximale Zufriedenheit. Kontaktloser Check-in ist toll, man brauch keinen Schlüssel, reicht für Eingangstür und Zimmertür nur ein Code. Der Code sollte per Email mittegeteilt werden, leider bei uns kam zuerst nicht und dann eine Stunde später, deswegen müssten wir Rezeption anrufen und der Code wurde uns per Telefon mittgeteilt. Sonst alles OK. Das Zimmer und waren sauber, relativ neu und groß mit dem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Check-out auch online schnell durchgeführt. Das Doppeltet und Schlafsofa in Ordnung. Zur meine Überraschung war die Straße in der Nacht leise. Kostenloser WLAN. Vor Hotel befindet sich viele Parkplätze, die am Sonntag und Feiertage und ab 20:00 Uhr bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos sind. Die Lage war toll, nur 5 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
