Checked in on May 21st and checked out on May 25th of 5 days and 4 Nights stay. No housekeeping for the whole stay even I requested for housekeeping at front desk two times during the stay. Disappointed! Staff seems didn’t understand the hotel process.

The room was great, clean and tidy. One surprising fact I found in the hotel is that it doesn't have a kettle in the room and no spare one from the reception either! But the reception staff was nice, patient and willing to spend time to talk through my questions.

Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.

The room was really! Very tidy and comfortable. The location is also close to the train station. Everything is convenient
