I had a great experience staying here. First, the location is great. Lotte Center is within walking distance. Second, the area is naturally noisy, but the hotel is nestled deep in residential buildings, making it quiet. The room is spacious, with a kitchen and kitchenware. There's also a great washing machine. The air conditioning works both for cooling and heating, which is important in Hanoi's winter. It's also very clean, which is impressive. This applies to the room, the grounds, and even the access roads. The manager was very polite and attentive. We were checked in early and given a room on the 3rd floor, which actually had a lake view. The currency exchange rate is favorable, which isn't part of the hotel business, but it's a nice bonus. Thank you to the management for taking care of their customers.

To be honest, the room was fantastic—large, bright, and with a lake view. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. After staying two days, I went to the old town. Although it's a bit far, taxis are actually quite cheap.

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's top-notch for its price range in Hanoi. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and free of mold. The staff are very welcoming.

An excellent hotel with nice rooms. The location is superb. It's quiet, peaceful, and yet close to everything: restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops.

I chose this hotel in Hanoi for GD's concert. The location is quite good, with many restaurants nearby and a relatively quiet atmosphere. Pros: The lobby is warmly decorated with flowers everywhere. The front desk service is excellent and very patient; they even spent half an hour helping me call a taxi. The room is large and clean. Areas for improvement: The bedding was a bit damp; the pillows are small (only two). The hot water in the bathroom wasn't very hot. There wasn't enough tissue paper in the room. I stayed in room 302. There's a bar very close by downstairs, so it was quite noisy, but thankfully it quieted down around midnight.
