Tunger Premium Hotel

Located right at the heart of Old Quarter, this budget hotel has been an excellent choice for us. The receptionists were so nice and speak very well English, as they also provide a lot of information about tourism. They also provide trips to several places like Sapa & Halong Bay (we booked the Halong Bay day trip, and it went well!). We can also book transportation services from/to the airport with decent rates. Thank you Tunger Premium Hotel!

The pictures of this hotel are a little misleading. I booked a room with a window, the window was in the bathroom and looked into an internal roofed space. It was impossible to get any fresh air so the room was dark, damp and smelly.

My exp very bed especialy maybe some one the head of employe. So arogant. Very fierce. Always angry to another employe. Maybe he is the owner ? Idk. I would never recommend the hotel. Uncomfortable for us. Sorry for the other employe.

Good location accessible to most tourist spots. Attentive staff that speak good English and help you with where you want to go

Great location but room was too small, a bit smell with mole on the ceiling, not all level can be access by elevator.

Best location. Near Hoan Kiem Lake. Lots of food choices, Circle K 24hr store just round the corner. Streets are closed to traffic during weekends, travellers checking in with luggage be prepared to walk. Rooms are small and basic. Our wash basin drain pipe is leaking, despite telling front desk, nothing was done to rectify. For the price we paid, could have gotten a better hotel.
