Spacious room and great location for shopping and meals. But bit noisy outside hotel due to heavy traffic at night. Great choices for breakfast provided.

Welcome was great with tea and dried fruit, rooms average, staff friendly and mean well but can be quite overbearing. Laundry extremely expensive and overcharged. Probably won't stay again. Pool was nice and gym was okay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The room was spotless and exactly as described — if not even better in person. The atmosphere in the lobby was beautifully fragrant and cozy, making you never want to leave. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this hotel is truly special. The hotel is located right by Hoan Kiem Lake, the “golden road” of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always being responsive and kind. You can really tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The manager even helped carry our luggage and stood waving goodbye as our car drove away. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t extend our stay because the hotel was already fully booked. We would absolutely comeback again. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is in great location which you have everything nearby. Staffs were very friendly and attentive, especially Katherine who took care of my check in. She communicates very well and try to understand customer's need and provided some in-depth recommendations according to my preference. Breakfast was nice and staffs at the hotel really want to make sure you are enjoying the experience throughout the stay. I definitely will stay at this hotel again upon my next visit.

The boutique hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions, although there is a lot of traffic. The deluxe room has a contemporary style with Asian touches. Our first room was close to the street, so we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise. After talking to the front desk, we were moved to a quiet room, which made the rest of our stay wonderful. I tried their massage, which was very relaxing. I totally recommend it! Overall, the staff was attentive and very friendly, always ready to help and offer recommendations.

Finding a hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter can be overwhelming, but I’m so glad I chose La Siesta. It exceeded my expectations – the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms bright and spacious with comfy beds, an excellent shower, and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast on the 11th floor was delicious, and we also had Vietnamese fish for lunch there, which was outstanding. The view was great. With the 20% discount, the price was excellent for the generous portion and high quality. I highly recommend the restaurant!Truly one of the best hotels we stayed in Vietnam – I’d happily return and will recommend it to friends and family visiting Hanoi.

Great service at check in, even at 1am! Very friendly hotel staff. Breakfast is perfect with great views of the city. Gym does what it needs to do. Perfect location in the old town, close to lake and hop on bus tour stop. Would stay again.
