The room looked clean but I doubt hotel staff changed bed and pillow covers before I checked in. The pillow smelled very bad.

Accommodation hosts are very helpful, check in was very quick, and they even did our washing and returned it to our room within 4hrs. Location is about 25 minutes' drive to / from Old Quarters. There were lots of coffee ships in the area, but we did struggle to find any decent places to eat. Instead, we had to order food through the GRAB App. Overall, it was a pleasant stay away from Old Quarters for a night.

I was looking forward to a comfortable bed for this second visit. This accommodation is a place where all the comfortable beds and accommodations are cleanly arranged. This is where the nearby Japanese Embassy, Australian Embassy, and Lotte Center are located. It's a great place to choose for a business trip, and it's just the center of Hanoi, so it's easy to move anywhere. In particular, this accommodation also has the advantage of being able to rent a motorcycle. It would be great to use a holiday motorcycle to go sightseeing around or to use a good restaurant. I will also use this place for my business trip to Hanoi, Vietnam next time.

Beautiful serviced appartment. The owners are very nice and friendly. It's located in a quiet part of town, which allows you to take a break from all the city bustle. Highly recommend.

The room is very pretty and it's easy to access to the biggest mall in hanoi just by walking for 5 mins .... it's me and my partner first time in Hanoi and we really enjoyed our stay with this apartment.. we will return soon with our family and friends

Awesome. It's clean and well-located, and I think I'll go back next time. However, it's a pity that there's no safety box.

Apartments are amazing - kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, bathtub in the bathroom, spacious rooms, balcony, not noisy ... The staff is very helpful and polite. They called taxi for me whenever I needed. No need to pay any deposit. They didn't clean the room every day or changed the towels but I guess it's because I didn't tell them. Location is not far from the old quarter but some buses don't come to that hotel for tours pick up while some do. Overall it was great experience and I enjoyed my stay at Jadore Apartments!

Room is clean and spacious, have free laundry service which is a great plus for us travelling for long period.
