I only stayed for a few days rest before jumping back into travelling was exactly what I needed

Not clean, the bathroom. There’s no curtains in the room but window paper

All amenities are damaged from the door, bed, and water heater, the floor is broken the room is noisy in the middle of the night, corridor is smell cigarettes and etc.

Thanks to the staff for their enthusiastic service. They helped with luggage and folding clothes. There is a market on the street outside. It is convenient for eating and drinking. There is a large window to see the river view. I wish your business is prosperous👍💗

Sunrise Hotel in Hanoi is very close to APEC TRAVEL, which is parked by car from Friendship Pass. It is about 10 minutes' walk. The hotel is in the streets and alleys beside the Red River and is relatively easy to find. It is roughly equivalent to a domestic express hotel. There is no breakfast. There is a brother at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese and English, and the other service staff basically only speak Vietnamese. The hotel's sanitation is OK. It is not far to walk to the old town and not far from the popular noodle shop. Hanoi is full of motorcycles, and the streets are very narrow and noisy. Da Nang in the south is obviously much better.

The location is OK, not far from the main scenic spots. There is a travel agency nearby that takes you directly to Nanning, but it is difficult to get to Nanning by bus. The hotel facilities are just so-so. Overall, it is worth the price.

The hoteliers are very attentive in their management. Although the location is a bit poor, it is more suitable for business people. The front desk staff are very helpful and can help with any questions. The room is large, but the lack of free breakfast is a bit of a drawback.

I stayed in this hotel for the last three days in Vietnam. It is located in the old neighborhood by the Red River, two or three kilometers away from the Sword Lake. This is an original old neighborhood, a little far from the tourist area. The hotel is relatively large. Although the room facilities are a little old and the windows are small, the room is not small. There is a small refrigerator, safe, tea bags, three-in-one coffee, bottled water, and napkins. The breakfast is also good, with rice noodles, fried rice, simple side dishes, and baguette slices, bread, fruit, coffee, and soy milk drinks. This is a cost-effective hotel, and I am satisfied. There is a travel agency APCE TRAVEL a few hundred meters away, specializing in bus business to Nanning. There are three or four buses to Nanning every morning.

The hotel is located in a prosperous area and the transportation is very convenient. We will come back next time.

The people working at the hotel are very nice and helpful. We were not very lucky and we were caught in a typhoon and a flood, but everyone, even ordinary people from the area, helped us in every possible way. The hotel itself is good, breakfasts until 9 am are not varied, but tasty and cheap. The location is one of the worst, it is very difficult to move around without a bike
