Reading the reviews we were very skeptical about this apartment stay, with many highlighting the check in process. We arrived at 23:00 as our flight was delayed, this made me worry as many had said the check in process is awful. It is unusual but we were able to get checked in within 5-10 mins of arriving! A key point: I GOT MY GRAB DRIVER TO HELP RING THE NUMBER DISPLAYED IN THE SECURITY HUT AT THE GARAGE. This made the process so much easier and smoother! I believe if you arrive during the day there’s someone who man’s the security office and can check you in. When arriving at night keep an eye out for the Vinfast dealership sign as this is beside the apartment block. Once we picked up the key,you go up the lift. There is hotline numbers and the wifi password is displayed in the lift and room. The room was clean and spacious, with a good amount of amenities for a short stay! The washing machine is a 2n1 and the tumble dryer can take longer with a larger load. It can be a bit noisy the sliding doors are poor at soundproofing but it is a busy city so it is expected! Location is slightly out of town but was able to get Grabs without an issue and if you like a stroll there is a few shops and food places 10-15mins walk. Overall i’m pleased with my stay and would recommend for the price!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel near West Lake in Hanoi, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the serene West Lake, which offers stunning views and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed taking morning strolls by the lake, and the nearby cafes and restaurants provided a great selection of local and international cuisine. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which made it feel cozy and inviting.

Amenities / service & cleaness are all perfect. Location is abit far from old quarter but can get half an hours by grab.

Excellent 2-room apartment, with a good refrigerator, stove, dishes. Everything corresponds to the description. In 2 kilometers there is a large grocery store and LOTTE mall, with pleasant prices and a large assortment. From the apartment to the old city 15 minutes by bus.

Very comfortable overall. The kitchen is adequate. There is a dining table, a living room, a Samsung smart TV, and the sofa is very comfortable to lie on. It would be even better if there was a smart toilet.

Good service but a bit unlucky, the water was cut off on the day of the rental but the homestay staff was thoughtful and changed the room.

The hotel has full amenities, enthusiastic receptionist, reasonable accommodation, quite close to West Lake, book a car and it takes about 5 minutes to get there. Will come back next time.

Beautiful, clean and airy, simple design but warm and feels like being at home, feeling very comfortable ❤️

Almost all self-service, there is only one registration staff. The cleaning was done well the day before, but the cleaning was not done well the day after check-in, the sofa cushions were not put back in place, and the hygiene was not cleaned up.

The new hotel is very clean. Kitchen utensils and everything are complete. Airy room with good design. But I went during road construction so traveling was quite inconvenient. Booking a car or ordering food, the driver is also very difficult to find the way in.
