There were constant fire alarms. The customer was forced to move out without any support and returned to demand money from the customer in an unreasonable manner. Anyone thinking of placing an order should think again

I came here once before with this host. Last time I had quite a few problems related to air conditioning and water lines, but this time they completely resolved it. I appreciate that, I like the way they care about their customers and take care of them that come to us, this room has a gentle fragrance, the presentation is also quite impressive, but the bed is a bit hard, I think it should be. there's an extra mattress topper, but it's great nonetheless

It has good location with convinient surrounding for shopping or eating. And the room design has stylish style which is attractive for us. I think that we stayed in this room which is confortable. We will come back to stay this roon for sure. Thank you for your service again!!

The room was extremely dirty, messy and poor. The quilts all smelled moldy. It was like they had not been dried and smelled sour. It was hard to describe. I couldn't fall asleep. There was filth everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom drain was clogged and the shower water couldn't go down. There was a big bubble gum stuck on the wardrobe and there were many small flies in the room. I advise everyone not to book this apartment just for the cheap price. I stayed in this great apartment for 4 nights, everything was perfect, we were supported to check in 2 hours earlier than usual, the staff were lovely and even though they didn't understand Chinese they googled the epidemic. The bed sheets are very fragrant, the bed is big and soft, and I don't have backache when I get up. The all-in-one washer and dryer is very convenient for these drizzly days in Hanoi and we couldn't be happier.
