This hotel offers great value for money. It's not located in the old town, but rather in what seems like an international district, with plenty of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and well-equipped. Especially, one lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and had a sweet smile. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as other 22land brand hotels, but it was perfectly adequate for a basic meal. If you prefer not to stay in a bustling area and are looking for a relatively quiet and slightly more upscale neighborhood, this hotel is a good choice.

The room insulation is excellent, super clean, and the breakfast is good. It's not on the main road, but it's not hard to find. We also got a free room upgrade. For this price, it's definitely great value for money in Hanoi.

The hotel was conveniently located near some good spots, and even had malls and bus stops that are in walking distance. The staff was nice, especially the receptionist. Most of them can understand English. The buffet serves delicious food as well. Definitely will come back again!

We stayed in a family room, it comes with one king size bed and one super single bed, which was sufficient for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids. Room is quite small with a balcony overlooking a small road, definitely not 50 sqm as advertised. The shower was not working well, water came hot and cold. Other than that room is clean and all good.
