La Belle Maison

Nice room. Not easy to find for 1st time stay. Have to go into Circle K and up the stairs to the front desk. No lift. Nice room. Nice view. They forgot to serve my breakfast 🥲. Overall is nice. May or may not stay again. will consider.

This was my first location while staying in Vietnam and the La Belle Maison Hotel was absolutely wonderful! All of the receptionists were super helpful for our first time here. I can't stress how helpful they were throughout the entire stay. They were attentive and helped us pick out places to eat for dinner, popular tourist attractions and even organised a tour trip to Ninh Binh. The views from the hotel were really nice, we stayed on the city side with a balcony. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast area overlooks one of the city's central lakes, which made for very pleasant viewing every morning. The location was super convenient being in the centre of the Old Quarter and we could basically walk to everything we wanted to see. It was also surprisingly convenient to be on top of the Circle K which you could go down and buy convenience store products. If you're staying in Hanoi this is definitely a must stay location!

I stayed here for one night at the end of a three week trip. The staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly! Providing recommendations for cafes and easily contactable through WhatsApp, the communication from the hotel was great! Thor was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the staff catered to my nut allergy, I felt very safe eating here. The room was very comfortable and I had great views of the lake

I travel a lot and must say that the customer service here is second to none, even before you arrive. No request went unanswered or unfulfilled. Thank you Mr. Vincent.

If possible, I would want to give this place more stars. My partner was sick with food poisoning when we arrived but Vincent and his team went beyond to make us feel cared for. We rarely do breakfast service but for here, we had it every single day! the room design was so cute and super clean.

My husband and I just had a memorable trip in Hanoi. We stopped at La Belle Maison Hotel to rest. When we entered the lobby, the receptionist was very enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel has a beautiful view, the rooms are spacious, clean, airy, and the price is cheap. Next time we go to Hanoi, my husband and I will definitely stop at La Belle Maison Hotel.

When entering the hotel, the first thing you see is that it is spacious, cool, the reception is attentive and the advice is very thorough. When checking in, I found the room fully equipped, the service is very good. In general, everyone should experience it!

I came to Hanoi for sightseeing and booked this hotel. A great hotel, attentive staff, dedicated care, enthusiastic advice for customers. The room view is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The price is extremely cheap! I will definitely come back next time.
