Unfortunately, this hotel has many issues.
When we arrived around 8 PM, there was no reception. We picked up a key card left at the desk and went to the room, only to find it unprepared and still being cleaned. It turned out that this was indeed our room. When I contacted the number via WhatsApp, the response was unfriendly, with no apology whatsoever — just “your room is being cleaned, you can go up.” The excuse was that the housekeeper was sick and there were too many rooms to clean that day. Shockingly, the person even asked me to sympathize with them instead of offering an apology.
There was no blanket, so we had to sleep with just the sheet, which itself (along with the pillowcases) seemed unwashed and dirty. The slippers were both torn. Worse, I found a rove beetle on the curtain right next to the bed — a toxic insect that can cause blistering skin reactions if it touches your skin (definitely do not touch it with bare hands).
The room had no proper lock, and the owner can apparently enter anytime with a fingerprint or code. In fact, there’s a Google review from another guest reporting that the owner entered their room in the middle of the night. The water pressure was weak, and the hotel was difficult to find since Google Maps is not accurate — you need to go all the way down a narrow alley and find house number 27.
On the positive side, the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and the fridge was clean.
솔직히 문제점이 많은 숙소였습니다.
저녁 8시쯤 도착했는데 리셉션이 없었고, 데스크에 놓인 키카드를 가져가 방에 올라가 보니 청소 중이었고 전혀 준비가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 알고 보니 그 방이 저희 방이었는데, 프론트에 있는 연락처로 WhatsApp을 통해 문의했더니 불친절한 말투에 사과 한마디 없이 “청소 중이니 올라가라”는 답만 받았습니다. 청소 직원이 아팠고 체크인/체크아웃 손님이 많았다는 변명을 하면서 오히려 저에게 공감을 해달라고 하여 황당했습니다.
방에는 이불이 없어서 시트만 덮고 잤는데, 시트와 베개보도 세탁이 제대로 되지 않은 듯 지저분했습니다. 슬리퍼는 두 짝 모두 찢어져 있었고, 커튼 옆에서는 rove beetle이라는 곤충을 발견했는데, 피부에 닿으면 독성 때문에 심각한 피부 손상을 일으킬 수 있다고 합니다. (절대로 맨손으로 잡지 마시길 권장합니다.)
또한 문에 잠금장치가 없어 불안했고, 실제로 주인이 지문이나 비밀번호로 아무 때나 출입할 수 있는 구조였습니다. 실제 구글 리뷰에도 한밤중에 주인이 방에 들어왔다는 후기가 있습니다. 수압도 약했고, 호텔 위치는 구글 지도에 정확히 표시되지 않아 찾기 힘들었습니다. (골목 끝까지 들어가 27번 집을 찾아야 합니다.)
장점으로는 방이 넓고 인테리어가 깔끔한 편이며, 냉장고는 깨끗했습니다.
