I stayed for 3 nights.
The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but it was surprisingly easy to find, and I didn't get lost. The surrounding area offered many dining and cafe options. It was an attractive location with a calm atmosphere, yet you could still catch glimpses of local life.
What was particularly helpful during my stay was being able to communicate with the host via LINE. For a Japanese person, this was incredibly smooth and reassuring. They readily accommodated requests for toilet paper refills and towel changes. Furthermore, there were many instances where I felt their hospitality, such as free snacks and water service, and free-to-use washing machines and dryers (one of each). The closet was also large, so I had no trouble organizing my luggage. Above all, I felt that the quietness at this location and the price made it extremely good value for money.
However, there were a few concerns regarding hygiene and security.
First, the inside of the refrigerator was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, so I ended up not using it at all. Also, there was water left in the electric kettle, presumably from the previous guest, which gave me the impression that the cleaning of the wet areas was not thorough, and that was disappointing.
Regarding security, the master card was left next to the door without a lock, which made me uneasy. For safety, I kept the master card inside my room during my stay.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent cost performance. I feel that if the cleaning and other issues were improved, I would be able to recommend it to others with more confidence.
