The price is really affordable for the location, and the facilities are great. It's clean and conveniently located for easy access to the bustling Hoan Kiem area. I wanted to extend my stay but couldn't because there were no rooms available.

A pleasant stay overall. The staff were very helpful and responsive. While the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, it’s conveniently located near many eateries. There’s a very popular pho restaurant right at the corner, with long queues from morning till night. We accidentally left our chargers behind, and the hotel contacted us almost immediately. We were able to collect them after returning to Hanoi three days later, which we really appreciated. One downside was that the hot water only lasted about 10 minutes, and having a cold shower during cold weather was quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a good stay with attentive service.

Nice room but not the bath room.. bathroom need to refurbish.. reception can speak english so communication went well and easy. Hotel behind the busy street. Love ur complementary coffee n tea…

near the oldl city center, a lot of heritage building around. Huam Kiam lake is not far, which has bravo night views. along the street, there is a Michelle beef noodle restaurant, and egg coffee store. really enjoy days in Ha Noi

The receptionist who works in the night shifts tried to charged us extra for the room and he was rude and aggressive with us! The hotel needs to chose more carefully the people who work for it! Really bad experience!

Excellent location in the thick of action in Old Quarter of Hanoi. Hotel front counter staff was helpful and communicative. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for street walk day or night.

Last time, I was changed to a nearby hotel due to a mistake by the hotel, but this time I was able to stay there without any problems. It's a great hotel with a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. However, since I had a late-night flight on my last day, I asked to use the shower after checking out. When I tried to use it, I was surprised to hear that they only had a cold shower. 💦 To Japanese people, I assume showers have hot water. It's my fault for not checking properly. Other than that, it was perfect! I plan to use the shower at the airport lounge on my way back.

The room was very clean. The futon and covers were very comfortable and I slept well. Coffee, tea, and bottled water were provided free of charge. Amenities, a hair dryer, and towels were also provided, and everything was clean. The receptionist had a lovely smile and was very kind. I would like to stay here again on my next visit.

I booked a tour of Halong Bay at the front desk, but when I checked the day before, it wasn't booked, so I hurriedly booked the tour myself for the next morning at 10pm. There was no apology afterwards.
