Good hotel and kind service.

Very convenient transportation, 30 to 40 minutes to the airport, many food stalls nearby at night, the hotel is also clean...

The room is nice and clean. It is next to the Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Palace and is very convenient for running.

There are a lot of people singing karaoke every night, it's so noisy! It's impossible to sleep. I will never stay there again.

* It's a bit far from Koreatown, but... It's quiet!! The breakfast is clean~ However, one thing that's disappointing is the karaoke on the second floor that's only open occasionally...

I always go to this hotel when I go to Hanoi on business. The environment is OK. The location is a bit remote, but you can find restaurants, shopping malls and banks nearby on foot, and it is close to clients.

The breakfast is great and rich every day. The service staff is enthusiastic.

It's quiet and cozy. It's convenient as it's not far from Korean Village. The price is 4-star, but it is not that expensive, so it is a good value for money hotel. I especially liked the breakfast buffet because it was delicious and had a variety of foods.

I went on a business trip, so the location was a bit vague, but it was okay. The bed was comfortable and nice. I plan to use it again next time I go.

The check-in experience was very bad. First of all, the location was hard to find. There were no relevant instructions. I walked around twice before I found it. Secondly, the room was not soundproofed. There was renovation work on weekdays. The electric drills were buzzing and annoying. We lived on the 6th floor. There was a gym upstairs. It was very noisy. From time to time, I could hear people moving things. Moreover, the hotel only provided two bottles of water for free every day. I called the front desk to ask for 4 bottles. I was not informed that there would be a charge. I was informed when I checked out.

The room is nice, the environment in the community is very good, very safe and quiet, not far from the airport, and the transportation is convenient.

The staff speaks Korean well. There is a happy ending massage on the 2nd floor.
