The location is fantastic! It's right in the Old Quarter, just a short walk south to Hoan Kiem Lake, a few steps north to the lively bar street, and a quick stroll west to the night market. Perfect for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the old city. The front desk staff were very friendly, and breakfast was served next door, with the staff helpfully guiding guests there. The hotel's hygiene was a bit average, but that's understandable for a property in the Old Quarter. Overall, it's worth recommending.

Title: Great Staff and Bathroom, but Room Needs Maintenance I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The service and staff were excellent throughout the stay. The attendants were friendly and helpful, and the service overall was very good. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition, which I appreciated. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing and clearly needs some maintenance. There were exposed wires in the room, and the walls looked like they could really use a fresh coat of paint. There was also a noticeable strange smell that never really went away during the stay. The bed was quite firm, but it was still acceptable for sleeping. One thing that stood out was when we requested extra blankets, we were told to take them from a closet ourselves, and they didn’t seem particularly fresh. Another inconvenience was the lack of bedside lamps, which made the lighting in the room less comfortable at night. Overall, the staff and service were great, and the bathroom was good, but the room itself would benefit from repairs, better upkeep, and some updates to make the stay more comfortable.

Don't be fool by review in Google (trust me as my reviews viewed 2.7mil x) and the photos at CTrip. Com or *********** or trip.com on this hotel. I have been to Hanoi 4x and stay more than 8 hotels and this is the worst experience. Location is at back lane and you have to drag your luggage and walk for 60mtr. Hotel is old and run down. Yes, they have bath tub but only limited hot water and is not hot at all. I considered this is 1 star hotel as you have to go to "Backpacker hotel" for breakfast which you walked about 200mtr away. Room mentioned is 30mtr but don't look like it. I booked 2 rooms for 4nights and running away after 1st night. It cost me about Aud80 per night for 1 star hotel and I'm running away even no refund given.

We stayed at Skyline Hanoi Hotel as a group of 6 people and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with luggage, transportation arrangements, and being very proactive in finding the best solutions for our group. When the night market was too crowded for a 16-seat vehicle, the hotel quickly arranged two smaller cars (5-seat and 7-seat) so we didn’t have to walk far through the busy market with all our luggage. This was a very thoughtful and convenient solution for us. The hotel is small and located in a narrow alley, but the location is excellent—very close to the night market, restaurants, Hanoi beer spots, and local food stalls, making it easy to explore the area. Our rooms were very clean and quite spacious, especially since we booked the best room categories, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, this was a great choice, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

The hotel is located in the Old Quarter, which is very convenient for getting around and exploring Hanoi. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they assisted me a lot throughout my trip. They helped arrange a 2-day 1-night tour to Ninh Binh and Ha Long, and also quickly organized a bus to Sapa. What impressed me the most was how they continuously checked on me and took care of me during the whole journey. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was quite good and reasonably priced. Very clean, conveniently located, and the staff were friendly. The staff only spoke English and Chinese, but communication was easy thanks to translation software.

Very cozy. It would be better if the light bulbs in the bathroom were replaced with warmer ones, and the hotel should probably renovate; I found the old ones quite outdated.
