We booked this same day because our previous hotel turned out to be a catfish. This place is beautiful and the staff is so kind. We were welcomed with smiles and welcome drinks. I also went to the spa which was so peaceful and I was given pre and post massage tea and treats. The location is less than 5 minutes from train street, can not recommend this place more.

One of the best hotel we stayed in asia. The stuff is very kind, we got a welcome tea and a coconut shell as present. Breakfast is divers and good quality. The location is just perfect

Can’t say enough about this charming and well equipped hotel! The facilities are really excellent and the service is truly special. We loved our stay here and definitely wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we came back to Hanoi. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Super nice hotel, I would surely choose it again next time, location is easy to find, the room was clean ,comfortable and well maintained, high quality service and friendly staff members, the food was diversed with lots of choices.I definitely recommend it ♥️

I loved this hotel! The location is perfect. It’s right next to the Train Street and a 15-minute walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and everything surrounding it.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their little touches of hospitality like the free fruits, vouchers and letters. 10/10 recommend!!

I loved my stay! I dont usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves one! Staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me. Location was okay. My only bad point would be it was a little loud at night, not sure if that was music from the rooftop bar or surrounding area. With that being said, I'd still definitely stay there again!
