We have stayed at this hotel twice, our impression is this hotel provides excellent service to customers. frondesk Antonie and Tania were amazing, helped upgrade our oom for free with a balcony. The location is close to the night market, the famous train street with cool coffee shops. so don't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel, excellent location in old quarter

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and the rooms were small but clean. My room was right next to the elevator so there was a lot of noise from the hall. The cleaning staff starts really early in the morning and are quite noisy in their set up.

This hotel is a pleasure to stay in. Everyone was just so friendly, attentive and helpful. I had an early departure flight and they took it upon themselves to make sure I have a vehicle to send me to the airport on time, and prepare some breakfast takeaway to make sure I do not go hungry.

Location of Hanoian Hotel couldn’t be better, nearby the heart of Hanoi.. great coffeeshops and restaurants all around. The hotel was a basic 4* hotel, the room was clean and reception was friendly. The breakfast we didn’t like to much, very little options unfortunately. We also did try the massage, which wasn’t to bad but the massage room and beds need an upgrade. Worth the money paid but will look for another hotel in the same area for our next visit to Hanoi

This hotel is very central and very near Al Noor Mosque. It’s old but there are a lot of international tourists who booked them for their great service and good english speaking receptionists. For my last night in Hanoi, i booked 2 rooms and requested for very early check in. The male receptionist very kindly helped us accede to this request. They also helped with directions and speaking to the driver who was picking us up for an early morning flight the v next day. I also informed them about the room being dusty and they cleaned it up right away. Great service and i will not hesitate to book them in future should i ever come to Hanoi again.

The level of personal service was exceptional. I cannot recall the name of every member of staff who were all very attentive but lovely Else went to extraordinary lengths to ensure our stay went well. The hotel offers very good value for money and their personal airport transfer service is cheaper than a taxi which in my experience is most rare. We chose a Family Room which was quite large with 2 windows and small balconies. The location is quite good being just within the Old Quarter. I had to leave earler than my family to catch an early flight to Bangkok and they even prepared a food parcel for me to take with me, I hadn't requested one All in all very good value.

This is a recommended hotel when you stay in Hanoi! Very accessible and the hotel employees especially the receptionist Andrew and Phuong are very accommodating.. and they always smile :) You’ll get the full value of your money (my room comes with buffet breakfast) staying in this hotel! Definitely will come back!

Great service and I would return here again. Just that I was given a room right next to the lift lobby and it was very noisy in the morning. Apart from that everything was great.

Breakfast is not so good. Personnel is not enough to service breakfast.

Good hotel and the location is very central to all the good food.

The hotel is okay. The location is decent and the rooms are clean, if very old and outdated. The staff is friendly, but the check-in process is too difficult. They make you sit around for a “welcome drink” while also trying to make a sales pitch for tours and different bookings. There are so many other options for hotels in this area; I’ll book somewhere else when I return to Hanoi.

Very good price and location. Breakfast was so delicious!! Penthouse was excellent value for whole family. Strongly recommend for anyone.
