The hotel is located in a walkable distance to main attractions, the rooms are clean, the restaurant has a nice view, but the best things is the staff, especially the receptionists. They are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. We just wish everyone would be like Thao!

Anh was very helpful and this is also 1 of the best hotels I have stayed in all of Vietnam. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here at Larosa. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, beds comfortable and great breakfast too. Special mention to Anh who goes above and beyond for every hotel guest.

My recent stay at La Rosa Hotel in Hanoi was a pleasant experience. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions, and the staff, particularly Ms. Thao, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was soft and inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided were sufficient for my needs, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and efficient service provided by the staff. Ms. Thao was particularly kind and always willing to assist with any requests. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. While the hotel doesn't have a pool or spa, it offers a good value for money. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in Hanoi, I would highly recommend La Rosa.

Amazing service and great room facilities , Thao was very friendly and helpful during my stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi. Also good location a 5 minute taxi ride to the centre of the city. Perfect stay

Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. The included breakfast was simple but tasty. The hotel location was slightly out of town but a short car trip or walk into the main part of the city was easily doable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a simple but nice hotel on a budget.

ANH I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my husband and 2kids. The hotel is kind of old, but nice. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Breakfast is mainly Vietnamese style, with some western options ( bread, jam, cheese, ham, eggs...). Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, but the outside noise can become an issue at night (parties in the neighborhood every day during our stay). Either way, very nice place overall. Thank you!

Everything was perfect in Laroi Hotel, uyen was very nice with us and the hotel is in the center of Hanoi, perfect for staying in if you want to visit the city. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We would recomend it for sure to everyone!!

Good quality room with large bath and great waterfall shower. Great staff who were very attentive and paid attention to all of our needs, especially Thao on the front desk who was lovely 😁 breakfast was very nice and 12pm checkout time was also very accommodating!

Loved the experience! Everything was perfect and Anh was a great helper ready with anything I needed. The room was a dream and the snacks were great too! Thank goodness for aircon! I look forward to coming back here again when I am to visit Vietnam.

Hotel staff are so kind and helpful to us. Room is always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also good and you can watch the streetscape in restaurant. I was able to travel without any inconvenience. I want to come back to this hotel and Hanoi.

The rooms are cold the beds are soft the showers are warm with amazing pressure and a rainfall shower head. The staff are friendly and always helpful my experience with Thao she was wonderful, and made sure everything I needed was taken care of! If you’re looking for a hotel make sure you consider Larosa!

The staff were extremely helpful and consistently went above and beyond to assist with every request. Very pleasant stay and good location, near the trainline and lots of things needed as a tourist. A special shout out to Thao! She was very helpful and always had a smile on her face
