Excellent option for one night! The accommodation is right in the airport, so it's very convenient to get to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. It's quiet and peaceful, so you can get a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback is that the toilet is a bit far. If you're used to getting up at night, you'll have to walk about 3 minutes. Otherwise, everything is great, I recommend it!

I wanted to stay at the international terminal but it was fully booked, so I ended up using Terminal 1. Luckily, the bus started running early in the morning, so I made it on time with no problem, which was great! The fan and air conditioning were so loud though, I couldn't sleep, haha.

I used this hotel because I had an early morning flight to Da Nang. The location was incredibly convenient and practical. I'm very grateful to the kind lady at the reception. Thank you very much.

I can truly say, it was a decision well worth it! ✅ Located on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 (T1) at Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, it's just a few minutes' walk to the domestic check-in counters, which is incredibly convenient for those with early morning flights. Although the room is a capsule hotel style, it was much more comfortable than I expected. It was clean and tidy, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, power outlets, and a reading light all available. The bed was also very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good enough for a few hours of proper rest. Its biggest advantage is getting extra sleep without having to fumble around in the dark from the city in the middle of the night, and no worries about traffic jams or not being able to find a taxi. After waking up, you can walk a few minutes to check-in, making the whole trip much more relaxed. The only minor drawback is that there's no private bathroom in the room; you need to use the airport terminal's public restrooms. However, if it's just for one night to catch an early morning flight, I think it's completely acceptable. I chose this sleep pod at Hanoi Airport for a long international layover, and it exceeded my expectations. The independent, enclosed pod design, though compact, was fully equipped. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the lighting was soft, perfect for a short rest. The soundproofing was excellent; even with the airport bustling, I had a quiet environment to sleep in. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They support hourly stays, which is flexible for transit needs. The amenities were complete, including slippers and a storage area, and even large luggage could be stored properly. The only downsides were the lack of clear signage, making it a bit tricky to find at first, and the need to use public restrooms. Overall, it perfectly solved the problem of needing to rest during a late-night airport stay and helped alleviate travel fatigue. Highly recommended for transit passengers.

Staff was friendly had service mind. Hotel was clean, snack and water were prepared in the room. Wifi was ok, but air conditioner was not good condition and fan was loud.

This capsule hotel is located on the third floor of T1. You'll have to rely on the airport restrooms for all your toiletries. The room is tiny, with no air conditioning, only an air cooler and a fan. It's incredibly noisy at night, so much so that it's hard to sleep without earplugs. Choose with caution!

We found it quickly, and the female administrator was very nice. To my surprise, everything was very clean and well-thought-out for a stay; there was even air conditioning and snacks, just like in a proper hotel. We arrived at 6:00 AM, and our next flight was at 7:00 PM. Check-out is officially at 12:00 PM, but the administrator herself offered to let us stay for free until 4:00 PM ♥️ I highly recommend it.

Great service. Clean room. A shame there wasn't a room for showering. Good soundproofing. Friendly staff. Since I had a baby, they prioritized an early check-in for me. Thank you very much.

Excellent place to relax. Plenty of space for two. Clean, cozy, and quiet. There's a fan and air conditioning, two sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste, two bottles of water, and two packs of biscuits. The beds and pillows are comfortable and soft. There's even a TV. The restroom is a straight 100 meters away. No other tourists on the floor, so it's quiet. We slept and rested wonderfully. Yes, it's not cheap. But it's an airport hotel. Definitely recommend it, we really enjoyed our stay :))

I arrived at Hanoi Airport at 11pm for an 8:20am flight the next morning, so I stayed at this hotel inside the airport. The location was great. There was no shower, but washing my face in the toilet and wiping my body with a damp towel was enough. It was much more comfortable than sleeping on a bench at the airport. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but it wasn't too hot so I turned it off and slept. It was nice that they provided a bottle of water and a small piece of bread for free.

The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, the room was clean, and the location was convenient. The restroom was a bit far, though.

It's quite convenient for a transit stay, as it's located right inside the terminal. You just need to go up to the third floor after getting off your flight. The price is a bit high, and you have to use the airport restrooms, but the cleanliness is acceptable.
