The owners are very attentive and they their best to offer what they can. Unfortunately, I ended up in a room that wasn't really an "upgrade" as I was told it would be. The room smelt really bad and the sheets and pillows were stained. The shower head was broken so, I had to shower holding the hose up. The bathroom smelt funny too. After complaining, the owner was nice enough to clean another room for me after her cleaner had left. She switched out the pillows and made sure the shower worked properly. We also did laundry for only 30k while other hotels charged 35k. There are some laundry places that's even less within walking distance but we are satisfied with our laundry. We got our laundry the next day folded and nicely washed. The views looked great and the new room didn't smell on the 3rd floor. However, you are in the heart of beer street, so you'll hear the music and noise around. The balcony view was really nice and made up us feel totally wrapped up in the city life. Thank you for the good service.

Loud pumping motor sound. Loud refrigerator motor sound. Sound insulation is very poor. You can hear the people next door talking while taking a shower. The room is on the top floor. I stopped by Hanoi on my way back to Japan from Thailand.
Hanoi is a leisurely trip on Hoan Kim Lake after taking a walk in the old town, getting a massage and eating.
When returning to Japan from Bangkok or Kuangpur, I think it would be nice to stop by and relax.
If you use Air Asia, you can go for about 10,000 yen, so it's the same feeling as domestic travel.
