Thang Long Hotel

As a Korean, I found this place to be a complete dump. The TV didn't work, the air conditioning was weak, and the room was incredibly dirty with dust everywhere. The bathroom was also subpar. I was supposed to stay for two nights but checked out after one. Plus, I woke up with bed bugs after sleeping there! Honestly, just don't come here.

Not bad for the money, I just slept there. So it was fine. But the TV didn't work, couldn't get any channels.

After changing rooms, because the room rate increased on weekends, I gave the man at the front desk 300,000 VND per day, totaling 600,000 VND for two days. I don't know if he embezzled it, but his service attitude was extremely poor; he looked like I owed him a lot of money all day.

Normally, rooms without water have to buy it from outside.

Recommended to stay, cost-effective, only the room facilities are old.

Booked a room and paid immediately on the app. But on the day of check-in, the receptionist said all the rooms were full. So I had to find another hotel. When I asked for a refund, they said the app would refund after 1-2 days. Luckily, I met the boss so I could request a refund directly, otherwise I wouldn't have known when I would have received the refund.

The air conditioner in the room was unusable. It was close to the main road so it was a bit noisy and the hotel was closed at night but they didn't inform the operator. I won't go there again.
