Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Comfortable Stay. I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and get around the city. The staff, who are fluent in English, making communication smooth and stress-free for international travelers. The housekeeping was good, the rooms were kept clean throughout my stay.

The hotel overall is really nice in terms of location, cleanliness, service and facilities. It's looking new. The room was not so big but there're some other options which offer you more space. The receptionist was really friendly. They were able to suggest things well.

This is a nice hotel walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake with less noisy. The room condition is better than the one that I booked earlier at Parklane nearby.

My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

The hotel was in a good location, close to bus stop 86 to the airport. I slept well without any noise. The front desk was kind and spoke English, the room was clean, and the large bathtub soothed my tired body from walking. However, although instant coffee was set, there was no code for the pot itself to boil water. I thought I should realize that I was staying for 3 nights, even if it was only for 1 night. I'm very satisfied with this room at this price.

Room area is a bit small but overall ok

I would recommend picking another hotel. It's clean and central in the old quarter, if those are your only requirements then great, book away. But if you want a comfortable bed, working wifi and not hearing your neighbor's conversation, then this is probably not the place for you.
