A good hotel, very clean, and the staff are very nice and friendly. The location is also good.

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and took great care of us. It would be great if they could be a bit more flexible with late check-outs, maybe allowing an extra 30 minutes for guests. I've stayed here many times, and each time I've asked for a 30-minute late check-out, it's always been denied. Otherwise, everything else was really good.

The room was nice, and I really appreciated the well-lit makeup mirror. The balcony wasn't really used as there wasn't much of a view. **Cleanliness:** The bed linens were clean, neat, and comfortable. Some of the towels were a bit old; it would be better if they were replaced with new ones. **Environment:** The hotel is located on a quiet street on the edge of the old town, within walking distance to most attractions. **Service:** Excellent. The breakfast was just okay. There wasn't much variety, and the food seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, as not many people were eating it. However, the fish soup with rice noodles was quite good.
