Located in P. Linh Lang. Room is so wide and full facility incl. ktchen utencil, washing machine, iron and ironing board. It is used as “serviced apartment”. Around there, many Japanese restaurants and Japanese style bars.

Very comfortable space, but the elevator to 901 does not go directly, so the luggage needs to be carried one floor up. But there is a balcony, bathtub, large glass, and a good view. However, the hot water in the bathtub must be put in two or three sections, otherwise the heat storage is insufficient.

I stayed here for transit. It was a good, comfortable hotel for a night stay.

Very good Lucky Hotel. The surrounding area is very convenient. I like the atmosphere at night.

The countertop in the room is relatively old and there was a power outage in the morning. The service is average and the location is far away from the city. No next time I will stay here again and will not stay again. Hotel and apartment service in Vietnam Service attitude is very ordinary

It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from downtown Hanoi, and it would be difficult to find accommodation in this price range and in this condition. I made a reservation in a hurry, but I was very satisfied with my stay.

I went to Hanoi to visit so I booked a room here, the room is spacious, cozy and convenient enough to listen to Netflix and YouTube, free motorbike parking on the 1st floor.

The apartment is located on the street, easy to find, clean rooms, good service, friendly security, very good value for money

Отпуск только начался, мы проделали длинный путь и, к сожалению, отель нас разочаровал. По приезде нас никто не встретил, свет был выключен, а все двери закрыты. Только в маленькой комнатке спал мужчина, который не реагировал на наши слова. При заселении начались новые проблемы - мужчина проснулся ( после звонка руководителя) и начал нас заселять. Английский язык он не знает от слова совсем, через переводчик на Вьетнамский тоже ничего не понимал. В итоге мы бронировали 2 номера с кухней, а с кухней был только 1. На мои вопросы почему у друга есть кухня, а у нас нет (хотя это все было прописано в ваучере) нам сказали «в номере вашего друга есть кухня» и на этом всё. Наш номер был маленький и гораздо меньше заявленного. Относительно уборки возникло много вопросов… на шкафу в ванной был чей-то старый сухой носок и еще что-то ( уже не стала разглядывать). Половина выключателей просто не работала. А свет в ванной включался ТОЛЬКО с вытяжкой, которая громко шумела и включала сразу свет на ..террасе..если это можно так назвать. Мебель уставшая и что-то протекло еще до нашего заезда. Вообщем, за потраченные деньги на большой крутой номер, мы получили маленький .
