Good hotel with cheap rooms. Everything is daily cleaned and they provide a lot of amenities in the rooms.

Spectacular hotel with great size room and furnishings.
The room had the effect of a 5 star effect with tray ceiling and accent Lightning.
The bed is firm and comfortable. Super clean with white sheets and comforter. Bathroom is equally clean and elegant.
Staff is very attentive and eager to please.
Be prepared with google translate to comunícate.
The only draw back is a long marble stairs to access hotel.
And breakfast was limited to pho soup and coffee.

I had a good time here, wanted to stay for 4days but ended up staying for over a week
The staff was warm, the environment really clean and accessible close to the lake

The quality of room facilities is very poor, the bathroom floor drain is blocked, and the room is not cleaned well. When I entered the room, I found a used towel on the bed and foreign objects on the quilt.

It's not far from Hoan Kiem Lake and 36 Hang Street, within walking distance, and has breakfast (there's not much to eat, only something to eat on weekends, and just a few slices of bread on weekdays). Clean and tidy (imagine the level of a home in China), and the reception is friendly. Communication with the front desk relies on translation software.

The room was okay, as I was just on a business trip. It has everything it should have, but the sound insulation effect is a bit poor. If you are someone who is easily woken up, you should consider it. The location is very good, very close to the popular Vietnamese snack paradise. But the traffic is heavy, so budget your time. Breakfast was a bit bland and nothing special.
