Don’t go here. It was terrible. The bed was uncomfortable. I think some one had been in there before me as there was still dirty dishes in the room. Plus some one came into room about 4am. Then they also had live wires exposed in the bathroom.

Worst hotel to stay at! Here is a list of reasons why: 1. Mouldy rooms, including mould on wall of bedroom. 2. Loud live music playing till 11:30 pm, making it impossible to sleep until then! 3. Non smoking rooms had smoke smells 4. Tried to overcharge us and only agreed to repay us the amount when we held our ground on this being unfair. 5. The toilet seat was broken. The shower was also broken. Unable to use either easily. 6. Pictures are misleading Positives: 1. One of the hotel managers was nice and willing to cancel our booking for 2 of the 4 days we booked. We asked for this because we did not want to stay in mouldy rooms and he didn't have any other rooms to offer us. This was also when we realised we were overcharged for rooms. 2. Location - easy access to the city centre in Hanoi.
