Serenity Villa Hotel

We choose this hotel for our “ Get Away Hot from Saigon “. We just want to let’s you k ow that this hotel value for your money. Location in the heart old quarter Hanoi City, 400m from Hoan Kiem Lake. Very peaceful corner straight in the middle of this area, near the Large Beautiful Church Food so yummy with very cheap price not what I think expensive. Staff is so friendly and support me a lot. Plus, this property provide a small , warm breakfast and so delicious. Room not too big but that so good in this area, clean and comfort.

Really the best place to stay. Close to the center, but quite. Good clean rooms, and the service is so great! Mr Thinh actually even helped us to order a painting at a local gallery when we were already gone! Really recommend the place! They offer a lot of cool trips, free bikes and again, the service is great.

Great room, clean, great location, really helpful staff. A lot of good food nearby like pho 10 and the whole alley it is located in is very cool. It’s next door to lily’s travel agency which were fabulous to arrange trips with. It was easy to organise a shuttle to the airport with them too. Thanks Serenity Villa!

This hotel is tucked away in a cul-de-sac down a picturesque little alley, quiet and a very short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and close to shopping and the famous Pho 10 restaurant on Ly Quoc Su, along with other places to eat and little grocery stores. Everything was very convenient. Taxis cannot go down the narrow alley, however, but the staff will come out and help you to bring in your luggage. The staff was very helpful and they will also set up and arrange tours for you. We had heard that the breakfast was good, but it was closed still due to Covid even though it was Nov 2022. We loved this hotel for its location and would definitely stay here again. We also recommend to you to eat the soup that was served on the little alley heading to the hotel. They made it with grilled pork and it was very delicious!

I will not speak about the preparation of my stay (airport shuttle, booking of minibus...) Which was perfectly monitored and followed by Susan my correspondant on chat. But the cherry on the cake was that I left to Ninh Binh without my passport forgotten in the locker of the room. They did their best to warn me and send it to me to my next hotel 200 km away. Eternal thanks !
