I hesitate to write a truthful review because then everyone will want to stay here but it really is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Every single staff member was delightful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I have stayed here 4 times and every time was lovely. It’s like coming home. Great position in the Old Town which is so interesting. Love the market which is everyday in the laneway where the hotel is located. Fabulous cafe just across the way with the best egg coffee in town. Breakfast in the hotel is also lovely with lots of freshly made choices as well as all the usual buffet choices. And just want to mention the brilliant staff again. Thanks everyone - I hope to return soon.

Great location, right in the heart of old quarter with lots of places to eat around. It’s on a closed street hence no noise from the road. We booked junior suite with balcony for 3 nights, which was spacious, had a large shower, and AC had heating option as well for cold nights. Staff was super helpful and courteous. Breakfast spread was decent, fresh fruits, eggs on order, juice, and even few vegetarian options to choose from. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. Cons: cleanliness can be improved a bit, lamp in the room was filled with dust. Will definitely recommend this place for stay in Hanoi

Stayed 3 nights with family. Great location, super helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. A bit of dated but has everything basic you may need. Comfy beds and pillows. They kept our luggage when we stay overnight at Halong Bay. Packed for us takeaway breakfast for our early plane. Helped us booking with puppet show. We’re very happy with the hotel. Thank you.

The room was incredibly small, and the view from window resembled a dumpyard. Unfortunately, i couldnt open the window, leading to a constant feeling of suffocation. Although front desk initially agreed to refunds or room change, the promise was retracted just 5 minutes later, leaving me unsatisfied with the overall service. Food area is again very small, you will have to wait in queue just to get a table. Moreover, if you are a vegetarian, you just have fruits and a veg sandwich for you everyday.

Our family had booked a night at this hotel, and due to our son becoming very ill we had to postpone our dates in Hanoi till later in the month. We tried to request several times a date change, but as I was a couple of hours inside their 72 hour cancellation policy they rejected our request time and time again. I even contacted *********** to request on our behalf, but they would not accept any changes at all. I also emailed the hotel several times directly explaining the situation, and they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. I cancelled the booking out of courtesy 2.5 days out, as I knew my son was unable to travel and so I wanted them to be able to resell the room. My card was charged straight away. So disappointed, I’ve never had anyone in hospitality be so unprofessional as to not return an email with a reasonable request. I would not recommend this hotel due to this experience.

Small and Cozy hotel. Right inside the heart of the city. Food, shopping, sightseeing all at walking distance Room's are big and sparkling clean. Breakfast is only available. Non veg section consist of beef and pork but they prepare chicken if asked for. The staff are very understanding and helpful. They have a tour desk who can help you to plan your stay perfectly.

Location is fabulous - off a busy street so it’s quiet at night, but the street it’s on is hugely interesting in the morning and evening. However the fruit & vege sellers think “tourist”, so the prices they quoted seemed to be very high. In a Junior suite with balcony, and that was really wonderful. Lots of space to move (stayed six nights so this was important), plus an extra bed which was useful as partner not very well so able to move about without disturbing each other. In Hanoi during a massive heatwave so balcony not used much, but we loved to lean over and watch the folk below in the cool of the morning. I did water the plants though, poor things. Those of you who like to wash clothing as you go along, the hangers are great for shorts and everything dries beautifully overnight in the bathroom. Bathroom a very nice size. Staff were great, always friendly and a happy welcome when we turned up looking wrecked at the end of each day. If you can get breakfast included, it’s worthwhile. We didn’t but tried it once to see how good it was. Eating area very small but plenty to eat and nice quality. Very good value too.

Staff were so lovely! Great location for old city and lovely and clean. Responded well to all queries and arranged all transfers well. A walk to a lot of attractions. Breakfast included and very good indeed. We so enjoyed our stay and thank you so much Jessica for all of your assistance.

I give 5 rating because I felt the nature of the staff was too good specially receptionist persons and the location is also good. I recommend executive suite of this hotel to everyone. Amount is worth it. Anyone visit Hanoi so kindly book this hotel.
