The hotel was great! The room was pretty spacious even tough there was no window at all. Not very much variaty of breakfast but that was okay still got my stomach full enough to stroll around the city.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Location is surrounded by lotsa shops and restaurant. The only thing that bothers me about the room is the smell & noise. Though it is not the hotel's fault, it definitely made my stay uncomfortable. The strong oil & food smell that came from the restaurant next door is so strong that it gives us a headache. Loud noise from the aluminium sheet that sounds like thunder ish is banging the whole night as it is windy.

very good location just in Old 36 street , in the night lot of night market and bbq street food , little bit nosie in mid night but still accetaple.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter.

Wonderful night to stay here. You will enjoy eating restaurants and have a good time for night life in here. Hotel is clean and pretty good. Morning breakfast plenty of local food, salad and soup. Employees very polite and helpful Don’t miss to stay here.

Will come back to stay here again if there’s a chance. Good breakfast options (there’s rice, noodle, meat, fruits, buns). The room was very clean. The staffs are friendly. They give a lot of good tips on the way of locals (eg, don’t overpaid for certain items). The hotel is pretty convenient and near to a lot of amenities. When you turned left, about 2-3 blocks away there’s a cool cafe (aesthetic and instagrammable) that you had to walk through an alley. Super cosy and very good coffee.

Great location. Not as clean and you’d expect for a 4 star but it was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and gave a good introduction to the city. I didn’t have any shower gel in my room though, only down side.

Clean, cozy and convenient. Nice staff and polite with smiles. Manager is caring enough to email you on your needs. Didnt managed to take photo but will come again for my next visit!

The hotel has beautiful decor. The staff were really attentive and hospitable. They contacted me prior to our stay and made sure we had breakfast before heading out in the morning for our cat ba trip. I also managed to get a local SIM card at the reception.Location was perfect! Really in the heart of old quarter.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and chatty. Location is good as it was close to the lake, beer street, night market and dong xuan market. So busy at night but we didnt hear the noise from the street inside our room. Room is big size which is great. Bathroom was also big but water pressure isnt good. What i didnt like was hair shampoo (no hair conditioner btw) and it was difficult to get it out of the dispenser. Breakfast was ok. Doesnt have a lot of variety as such especially we have been doing buffet style for breakfast at other hotels for the past week. We had a executive double room with internal window looking at the lift. So yea blinds all the way.

Very friendly staff - Daniel at the front desk always took time to talk and share great spots to visit - the other lady on reception was also very helpful Great location in Old town Our room was very noisy and had a fan like sound all night - was also next to the lift so lots of foot traffic all hours - but we would stay again Breakfast was fine - fresh coffee every morning

Nice stay, shower control for hot and cold water is nit working properly or maybe outdated. Too hot can’t control the temperature to our desire
