Hanoi Kingly Hotel Reviews

We had a fantastic stay in the Kingly Hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful, helping us to organise our tour to Ha Long Bay and looking after our bags while we were away. It is a short walk to the markets and the Lake making it a perfect location, with great local places to eat near by.

Very spacious. Location near to old quarter. Walking distance to hoan kiam lake. Many cafe around hotel. Toilet have bidet. However toilet floor very slippery. Indoor slippery available

Value for money. Good location as it is located at the fringe of old quarter. Not too noisy.

Friendly service. Superb location in the middle of shops and restaurant. Clean rooms. Good size. Thank you

Ummm, let me pay 100000 more about the room, they say we did not have the room which we order , but they already confirm and can not take back the money , so wired about this

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

It is located close to Hoan Kiem Lake. It was cleaned every day, and the 2nd floor where I stayed had a large balcony, which was nice.

All the staff were kind. It was a shame that the refrigerator didn't stay very cold. The location was very convenient, so it was easy to get around for sightseeing.

Everything was good except the refrigerator wasn't working properly. Location close to the lake and easy access to restaurants and attractions Clean facilities and spacious rooms I thought the bathroom was good and breakfast was free. I plan to re-book if I go to Hanoi again next time.

Breakfast was good. The location was also good as it was right next to Hoan Kiem. However, there are little ants inside the hotel. However, I don't mind it compared to the value for money. Overall, I'm satisfied and I'm willing to dream again next time.

Trip下訂付完錢，check in 時，櫃檯服務人員說我們訂的房間已經沒有了，要加150000VND升級大房間，也不讓我們退訂，最後改成加價100000VND。 隔音很差。電梯只到6樓，要往上爬2個樓層 Trip paid for the booking, and when we checked in, the counter service staff said that the room we booked was sell out, and we had to add 150,000 VND to upgrade to a larger room, and we would not be allowed to cancel the order. Finally, it was changed to an additional price of 100,000 VND. Soundproofing is poor. The elevator only goes to the 6th floor, you have to climb 2 floors up

I think the location is good but the parking ticket is expensive so I hope to come back there later it can be a bit cheaper
