Excellent location. The hotel is in the center of Hanoi old quarter with shopping and restaurants on the street. The street is bright and feels safe. The street is noisy and you will hear the cars/motorbikes but that is a consequence in its location. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Breakfast was included and was tasty with big variety. Shower was ok. Hotel was dated but very clean. We stayed on the 5th floor and there were only stairs access to the room. Staff are very friendly and always helpful.

This was my second stay here- last time was 6 years ago. It was wonderful last time and even better this time, as the rooms and WiFi have been upgraded. This hotel has a nice feel of old Hanoi and modern convenience like great WiFi and lovely bathrooms. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us arrange transportation several times and accompanied us when we needed an early breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter. I’ll stay here again next time. It looks small from the outside but is spacious inside :-)

Lovely hotel really well located in the old quarter. My room was large with a big double bed. The AC (for heat whilst I was there as it was so cold outside) was very good and warmed the room up! Shower good with great water pressure. Staff on reception were excellent, always happy to help and had playful banter also!

This hotel has the most amazing customer care and service. Me and my partner had a delayed flight into Hanoi and the staff still let us check in and keep the room for the day, accommodating for all our needs after a very long journey. When we left for the airport to go back home, it was a very early flight but the staff were very happy to book us some reasonably priced transport to the airport and provide us with a packed breakfast. The whole process was made extremely efficient and stress free by the staff who always had smiles on their faces. The free breakfast was good with lots of options and the rooms were very clean and comfortable for a very reasonable price. The main reason we would stay here again would be the impeccable and amazing staff!

This hotel was very conveniently located in old quarter and very clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights. Staff were lovely and spoke good English. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

Great place right in the middle of the city walk out and everything is going on right there. The staff were very friendly who were very helpful the whole time. The breakfast was pretty good as well good value.

The Classic Street Hotel is a great, quirky old hotel in the Hoan Kiem Lake end of the Hanoi Old Quarter. Great room, great shower, great location, great breakfast, great staff. Not a lot of views, but hey, we are here to be out exploring the streets, food, drinks and life

The Classic Street Hotel is a perfect place to stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. It is a charming small hotel with all the facilities you could need to be a supremely comfortable base from which to explore Hanoi. Museums, galleries, government buildings, beer street and the wonderful Hoan Kiem Lake are all within easy walking distance. Even the railway station would be accessible by foot if needed. The breakfast at the Classic Street Hotel caters for every taste and the staff here couldn't be any more helpful and obliging. I would definitely return to stay here if I'm back in Hanoi.

Classic Street hotel staff was extremely accomodating on various occasions. All staff is friendly but the front office staff deserve a lot of praise - ALL of them. They help you 24/7 and come to help with luggage right away. Thank you so much for everything!! The receptionist offered to make us a take away breakfast when we had an early flight. Rooms ar extremely clean and spacious.
