Reviews of Golden Time Hostel

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to check in late (after 2 am) multiple times, and each time she greeted us with a smile. The only minor drawback is that the laundry service could be improved. Otherwise, the location is impeccable, just a 5-minute walk from all of Hanoi's main tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place.

In a primer location for such a great price. The staff are so helpful also.

1. The staff is good 2. but the room has not been cleaned for a long time. It is dusty. 3. The air conditioner is not cool. I got a room on the top floor. I had to walk up the stairs. There is no elevator 4. But if you are not serious, it is okay . because it is in the city center.

Everything was just perfect

It was a great stay and really appreciate the efforts of the hotel manager, who made sure all our needs were met. It is important to note that one has to go up one or two or three flights of stairs. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned and we had a comfortable stay.. It is located in a perfect location near the lake, the Old Quarter, the French Quarter and history museum.

Amazing hotel

Very pleasant woman who works at the front desk. The location of this hotel is outstanding.

I stayed one night near Hoan Kiem Lake for my morning Ha Long Bay cruise pickup. The owner was very friendly, and while the facilities were old, the price was good.

The location was good near Hoan Kiem Lake, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the facilities were old and the shower and desk were almost broken, which could be improved. Considering the price, it's not bad though.

It's completely different from the picture and it's hard to find the hotel entrance.

The price is cheap, the location is good, there is no elevator facility, and the equipment is relatively poor.

It was easily accessible from the downtown area and I arrived at the hotel without getting lost. There are few shops around, so you can sleep without worrying (other than the sound of cars). The facilities were equipped with the bare minimum and it was a flawless experience.

Temporary service, the stairs are difficult to go, when booking is a single bed room but received 3 small beds
