1. The staff is good 2. but the room has not been cleaned for a long time. It is dusty. 3. The air conditioner is not cool. I got a room on the top floor. I had to walk up the stairs. There is no elevator 4. But if you are not serious, it is okay . because it is in the city center.

It was a great stay and really appreciate the efforts of the hotel manager, who made sure all our needs were met. It is important to note that one has to go up one or two or three flights of stairs. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned and we had a comfortable stay.. It is located in a perfect location near the lake, the Old Quarter, the French Quarter and history museum.

Very pleasant woman who works at the front desk. The location of this hotel is outstanding.

The location was good near Hoan Kiem Lake, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, the facilities were old and the shower and desk were almost broken, which could be improved. Considering the price, it's not bad though.

It's completely different from the picture and it's hard to find the hotel entrance.

The price is cheap, the location is good, there is no elevator facility, and the equipment is relatively poor.

It was easily accessible from the downtown area and I arrived at the hotel without getting lost. There are few shops around, so you can sleep without worrying (other than the sound of cars). The facilities were equipped with the bare minimum and it was a flawless experience.

Temporary service, the stairs are difficult to go, when booking is a single bed room but received 3 small beds

The staff is kind and friendly I want to see you again when I go to Hanoi again Unfortunately, there is no refrigerator and the water level is weak. Overall, I'd give it a medium rating.

Had one night in Hanoi stayed at the golden time hostel got a fantastic price and the hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you very nice people I won’t forget my stay here thnah was very kind and provided me with a brolly for the walk to Hanoi as it was hammering it down with rain very kind of her

The reception lady was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with her Room was fairly spacious and it was a nice bathroom Pretty comfy beds and pilllows AC didn’t work as much as I wanted it too but that’s because I love cold frigid rooms , and there was a fan in the room so it wasn’t a problem

Despite having booked a room in advance, on arrival we were told there was no room available. Despite having the opportunity, they felt no need to contact us through available channels to let us know leaving us without a place to stay for the night
