The hotel service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing experience. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Small room but very clean. Staff are so nice!

Good location situated near to all the eateries and shopping. The hotel is very clean and the room is comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Helpful and informative with any questions. Kudos to Daniel who speaks well and very clear with the information given. The hotel bed is comfortable and with extra pillows provided. breakfast spread is good and eggs prepared fresh from kitchen. Highly recommended especially for couples.

Thank you for Thomas and the team for their help throughout our stay. All the concierge and reception staff who we have encountered was all so nice to us. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the weekend night market, hoan kiem lake. The breakfast is also good.

Stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location in the old quarter is perfect, with everything easily accessible. Despite being near busy streets, the room was very quiet. The breakfast was good, and the staff and receptionists were friendly. The bathroom was nice as well. However, despite recent renovations, the room looked old, and the smart TV didn't function properly, likely due to unstable internet.

First off, the location is unbeatable. Very central get away from the super noisy bars. Do note that morning there will be a rooster waking you up around 7am. Managed to check in smoothly. The staff Joseph is friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are. The design of the hotel looks like mandarin oriental, still pretty good looking. The bed is comfortable. In terms of house keeping, they do it every single day. Even though I specifically put the Do not Disturb sign. It felt nice to come back with my bed made and the room is clean up. The shower gel and bath are recycled. They basically reuse the bottles. I’m fine with that. Do not use the room slippers, cause it’s reused too. I’m not using the same slippers from other guests. Aircon works well for me. Hot water also. But there is one day the hot water have some issues. So I showered with cold water. Only tried the breakfast one time. Wasn’t ideal as I didn’t really enjoyed any of the food. Rooftop bar still renovating I guess. Overall, if the price is not too expensive, I will consider staying here again. Thanks to the good level of service.

Totally enjoyed staying at LA Passion. It is very close to everything so we were able to walk practically everywhere. Staff were all very nice and easy to converse with. I enjoyed the chicken noodle soup for breakfast.

The room is very nice and clean, and the decoration is very stylish. It is very close to attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake, the Cathedral, and Sanshiliuhang Street. If you want to go to the spa after checking in, there is a 20% discount. The front desk staff Thomas, Tom, and Daisy are very enthusiastic and enthusiastic. I came back late at night and thought I couldn't have the spa, but the front desk helped to coordinate and arrange it. A cup of delicious and refreshing tea will be given when checking in. The only thing is that the hotel's sound insulation is average, I hope it can be improved~

The hotel is located in the old city, with a great location. You can stroll through the 36 ancient streets. After eating or strolling, you can go back to your room to rest. The room is not big, but clean and tidy. The breakfast is also delicious. You can order rice noodles or fried eggs. It is suitable for a stopover accommodation before leaving for Halong Bay the next morning. The front desk is very friendly. Although only English is available, the service is very good. On that day, we were arranged in a side room on the lower floor. The room layout is a triangle, which is very strange. After communicating with the front desk, we were immediately arranged to another floor. Because it is our wedding anniversary, we hope everything is perfect. The room is very dusty. The staff is good, polite, and gives good advice. There is little breakfast. The bathroom is clean. The bed is comfortable. It is in a good location. The room is worth the price.
