It was my first time traveling alone, but the hotel staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, so I had a fun trip. The location of the hotel is a little far from the old town, but it's a Japanese town so there are restaurants and convenience stores, so it was very convenient. I arranged a tour of Ha Long Bay, but since the meeting point was in the old town, I had to go by myself, but when I told them that I was not good at English, they also arranged a taxi for me to go there and back. I was also given a phone number to call if I had any concerns. I was treated really kindly and it was the best trip to Hanoi.
