This hotel is near different places such as the thang long water puppet theatre as well as the night market at the old quarter. Hotel service was wonderful ! Receptionists had such a good attitude and were so sweet :) . Also, the breakfast has a wide variety, and it tasted good too ! Would come again if I visit hanoi :)

The location is a little difficult to find, and you shouldn't expect a great view, but the shower has a good amount of water, and the breakfast is good, so it's a hotel I'd like to visit again.

The soundproofing of the room was very good and I had a great sleep. There is no USB charging port in the room, the wifi is very good, and there are a few electric sockets. Although it is in an alley, it is still a vegetable market. The road surface is relatively poor, and there are few choices for breakfast. Coffee, black tea, milk, fruit, etc. are all freshly brewed. Hot food, noodles, omelettes, sandwiches, etc. The price is worth it. There is a snack vendor at the corner of the street, which is quite lively.

The front desk is very polite, thumbs up! The breakfast was very good. I went out to buy 4 eggs, 2 for each person. I was so touched! ! It is about 300 meters away from Hoan Kiem Lake and less than 2 kilometers away from Ba Dinh Square. We finished the tour on foot. The surrounding night markets are very lively! ! ! The location is not easy to find, in an alley. The person at the front desk speaks English very well and doesn't speak Chinese. Overall very satisfied!

You can find better ones for the same budget. The location of the hotel is in an alley, but it is easy to walk to the main road. The alley is very lively, and the whole alley is full of business. If you want to experience the local life, it’s good, but the view from the room depends on everyone’s preference. My room looks like the roof of someone else’s house. There were no towels in the room after checking in. It seems that the hotel encountered some difficulties. I got the towels very late, and the air conditioner was a little dripping. Breakfast is very simple, it is recommended that you do not need to order additional breakfast. The hotel has to climb stairs to get there. If you have large luggage and your feet are inconvenient, it will be a little troublesome. Overall, it's ok, but for the same budget you can find better.

Dirty and messy, don't stay here, it's too rubbish, even the sockets are broken, it's irresponsible for Ctrip to cooperate with this kind of hotel

Employees are nicer, They helped us arrange taxis and guide us to sightseeing spots. The breakfast was also delicious with an order buffet. I can see one person who can speak Japanese.

The hotel has a great location, everthing is perfect. The hotel is very close to train street and other attractions in Hanoi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Henry, he was very helpful in guiding us, he arranged everything for us.

If you are visiting Hanoi and want to visit the old quarter, this place is the perfect location for easy walking access to all the main sights with lovely rooms and staff. The hotel also offers amazing spa treatments and they can arrange all your travels in Vietnam. We booked trips to the following places with this hotel: Ha Giang; Ha long bay; and Nin bin. All of the above bookings were amazing experiences we will remember forever and the hotel made the whole booking process really easy which takes any stress of having to organise these trips by yourself. The rooms at the hotel are clean and spacious and even though they’re in the busy area of the city, no noise could be heard from the room. The complementary breakfast was also perfect for us everyday with many options available to suit anyone. All the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Henry especially made our time here the best possible with lots of information and no request was too big for him, he can arrange anything you will need during your stay here! Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi as it ticks all the boxes!

Good hotel. Great Location but a bit tricky to find. A 100 mts away from main road. You have to carry your luggage or take help to reach the hotel. But I did not mind. Very nice hospitality. I specially liked the sincerity when I reached Hanoi airport at 2:30 am and found the Hotel driver waiting at the airport gate with my name card with sleepy eyes but smiling! Hotel Manager Mr. Henry is a smart person with helping attitude. Rooms are OK and match with the budget.

£28 a night stay. Stayed here due to another hotel cancelling our room, when we booked in they noted it was my wife’s birthday and went out of their way to get her a small gift. For this kind of money this hotel was spot on for a peaceful night sleep. Hotel is down a small market street but we never heard any noise coming from it. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was served down stairs and was made to order. Can’t fault it for this price.

Almost in the center. Ideal for a three-day stay in Anoi. In a very interesting neighborhood Clean with very kind and willing staff. Perfect price-performance ratio Kevin (Võ Nhật Khánh) is the soul of the reception. We thank him for everything. We will come back
