The room was spotless, which is amazing for the price. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was good too. Highly recommend! The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Extremely Disappointed & Unreasonable Service - Avoid At All Costs! I booked this hotel via Trip.com for a stay starting on 4th March, but due to a system error, the reservation was incorrectly set to the previous day (same-day of my booking) when I confirmed the order. I immediately contacted Trip.com to request a date change or cancellation within 1 minute of placing the booking, explaining the accidental error clearly. Despite Trip.com’s multiple attempts to negotiate on my behalf, the hotel staff refused all requests for adjustment or cancellation without any understanding mind. They showed zero flexibility, empathy or willingness to resolve the issue—even though I notified them instantly. In the end, I was forced to forfeit the full payment for two rooms with no recourse. The hotel’s rigid adherence to policies (without any human decency) and refusal to accommodate an obvious, immediately reported booking error is appalling. I feel completely ripped off, and this experience has left an extremely bitter taste. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly advise all travelers to steer clear of this unreasonable establishment—your money and peace of mind are not safe here.
