Brandi Fuji Hotel

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience in this hotel, I was blocked in the sauna for more than 40 minutes because part of the door was plastic and then it was disconnected and blocked, the door was no longer opened. I cried, I was so scared and at last a panic attack, I couldn't breathe anymore, yet now writing this review, I'm getting a little cold to think about it. The most ridiculous thing is that there was no emergency button in the sauna so no one heard me because the sauna is on the nineth floor. But after 40 minutes of panic, I finally made it open with all my strength by hurting my thick finger, breaking my feet's neck half; bloody and crying I go down and they offer me only a screw. Not even a disinfectant. After calling the management, they brought me to the hospital for check. Of course, I was dehydrated and I had a thousand hearts even after 3 hours of the incident. The worst thing was that for the staff seemed nothing. Yeah, but I could have left our pens!! After visiting the hospital, the receiving officer told me the manager wanted to talk to me, and I thought he wanted to apologize. He told me that normally when they bring people to the hospital they have to pay them the bill and that the sauna door was broken and that it would cost about $100. Indirectly, he tried to ask me to pay for everything, very unhappy, and I obviously refused because I went to the hospital for their sake, and at last did not have to pay for the hospital and the door, but incredible. What a good face torn. After this experience has ruined me all the next holiday. Never again. And be careful in the sauna if you go.

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.

Honeymoon Hotel

The rooms in this hotel are beautifully furnished and very clean. The bathroom is large, modern and has hot water. The laundry service is cheap and good. The room is cleaned daily on request. There is the possibility to use a kitchen which is quite well equipped. Furthermore, there is a smoking area in the upper floor. The housewife and the receptionist are very nice and premature. We can only recommend a stay in this hotel.

Had a pleasant stay in the Hanoi City at Sen Luxury Hotel. Linh and Khoa assisted us in our stay and helped us get around smoothly. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Would recommend if you are planning to stay slightly outside the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

The Sen Grand Hotel is the perfect blend of affordability and luxury. As a luxurious yet budget-friendly hotel, Sen Grand consistently delivers superb value with high-end amenities you'd expect to find at a much pricier hotel. From the moment you step into the lavish lobby, you're transported to a space that feels indulgent yet accessible. The executive room is a spacious suite featuring a comfortable king bed, desk, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected. But the highlight has to be the large rooftop swimming pool, big hot tub in the room, fitness center, and restaurant on-site. You'll never want to leave! The pool is warm and inviting, perfect for swimming laps or lounging on a pool floatie. After a long day of exploring, the hot tub is the ultimate relaxation station for me with the maximum privacy I can enjoy. From the generous amenities and modern decor to the friendly staff,Sen Grand provides a level of comfort and quality that can't be beaten for the price. If you want luxury without the hefty price tag, Sen Grand is the obvious choice. You'll live your best life without breaking the bank at this affordable yet upscale hotel chain.
