The room was great! A big thank you to Vicky at the front desk for the thoughtful service; she upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time we're in Hanzhong.

This is my second time visiting Hanzhong, and I chose this hotel again because my first stay left such a great impression. The hotel's decor, surroundings, and service quality are all outstanding! The room was thoughtfully decorated with flowers and a card, which immediately gave me a warm feeling. On the day I checked out, I left an item behind, and the hotel staff promptly found it, contacted me, and even delivered it. I have to commend their excellent efficiency!

This is by far the best resort hotel in Hanzhong. The value for money is incredible! It's located right in Hanzhong Wetland Park, offering beautiful scenery and fresh air. The hotel provides breakfast and a noodle bar for lunch, and we'll definitely be back. The kids loved the playground where they could burn off some energy, making both adults and seniors very happy. Plus, the price is so reasonable; a hotel of this quality would easily cost over a thousand yuan in Xi'an, but here it's just over five hundred yuan a night during the off-peak season.

Facilities: Fully equipped. Environment: Located within Tianhan Culture Park, perfect for fitness, hiking, and leisurely strolls! I had planned to go swimming, visit the park, and climb Tianhan Tower, but then I impulsively spent several thousand on a few rocks! 😭 Service: The dinner buffet was very mediocre! The lobster 🦞 was so salty it could kill you! Most dishes were on the salty side, which is very unfriendly for us seniors! Salmon was only refilled every half an hour and was instantly gone! Hygiene: Clean.

The facilities are complete, clean, and the environment is elegant. The service is superb, especially the front desk and restaurant staff, who are all on point. Every time I come to Hanzhong, I stay at this hotel, and my child loves it too. Looking forward to our next visit!
