WARNING AS OF 15 APRIL 2023 THIS HOTEL CAN'T HOST FOREIGNERS.
This was obnoxious as I had used trip.com app to check beforehand and was informed the hotel could accept all nationalities.
The receptionist was polite, and somehow 20 seconds after she told me I had to go elsewhere, a manager said they could manage it somehow. They also said the reason was because the hotel had just joined some sort of Chinese hotel chain group.
The hotel itself was nice and modern, but if you are not Chinese, you can't stay here.

麗柏給了我一個超出預期的驚喜！
服務：很好，從入住到離店，每一位員工都熱情周到，見面都會主動問好，面帶笑容。
衞生：提前電話告知前台要無煙房高樓層，辦理入住的時候給我安排到最高的8樓，進入房間後乾淨整潔，空氣清新，還有單獨一次性包裝的馬桶坐墊，很貼心。
停車：是室外停車場，有50個左右車位，非常方便。
值得説的是，房間熱水3秒左右速熱，很不錯。電梯是刷卡進梯，外賣也是機器人送達房間，安全性很高，下次出差，我還會選擇這裏！
