Hilton Atlanta Airport

I liked that I was able to book and check in within an hour. Was an unplanned stay since they canceled a flight for weather reasons. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. When I entered the room, there was left over trash, hand soap and towels were used. I called the front desk and there was no answer. I was too exhausted to go back downstairs. At checkout I told the lady and she asked that I email them with pictures. I was able to rest for a couple of hours and the shower was ok.

The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Facility is decent and location is near the airport. Great for transit stay. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The only concern is the service. Shuttle bus driver great. But front desk staff appear very "cold", like a robot. Replied in the shortest sentences possible and reluctant to show any warmth to even HH members. Luggage desk staff went missing with no backup person. Waited for 15 minutes for my luggages. That was after two guests went to the front desk to voice concerns. The "cold" faced staff then reluctantly called the desk man without any signs of apology. This was not the Hilton level service I was expecting.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming concierge guy. I didn’t remember his name but he offered to help me with my bags as soon as I walked in the door and I really appreciate it because I had a lot of bags

When I checked out they didn't tell me where the shuttle to got o the airport was and I waited at the wrong entrance and. missed it - I had to spend 11.00 for an uber＞＞ Lesson learned

Love this hotel everyone is very nice
