Great location, really nice friendly and helpful people, however - hotel room needs renovation, especially its bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was very poor and overpriced for food and service. People at the reception desk were great and helpful. Overall we had great stay in Harare!

Overall, it was a good hotel. There was nothing too much or too little, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The stay was good. The only problem was the speed of the restaurant. But it is a problem in all the African countries I have visited. And they have a problem with calibrating the warm water. The staff was very helpful.

I enjoyed my "time out" . I'm from mutate it was great to have a hotel experience . Bed big and comfortable. Meals really delicious. The only down fall is the traffic noises which made it difficult to sleep

I had a relaxing time during my stay at Cresta Jameson when i had traveled for business and would recommend the hotel especially for people traveling on business because of its location in the heart of the city which makes it a convenient place to stay as it is easily accessible. The staff is also great and so is the overall state of the hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and service was good. Gym with nice treadmill, rowing machine, free weights etc. Over all a great place to stay when away from home. Will definitely come back here next trip.

Great place, ideal location, rooms block out noise and light. Hot water available. The staff is of great assistance anytime of the day.

Hotel is located at the heart of the CBD allowing convenience to business within the city centre without having to worry about traffic congestion. The service and room quality is exquisite befitting business visit and the rooms allow for that business overflow in case you have to take part of your work there.
