The hotel just got renovated, and the lobby looks great! Unfortunately, the rooms still feel old, with worn-out furniture and carpets. Service at the restaurant and for room service was really slow too. Definitely lots of room for improvement.

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

略有點年代感，浴缸的水泛黃，但是又確實是當地最好的酒店。早餐不錯，但前台不能換零錢。津巴布韋出租車司機都假裝沒零錢不找零。

Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again
The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized.
