This is a really great hostel. There's free hot water, free tea or coffee coupon (unfortunately I didn't use it). Here, a washing machine, dryer, and laundry detergent are available free of charge. Even better, the bathrooms have 24-hour hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. You can even ask for a toothbrush. The female staff member who checked me in was very kind and nice; she spoke excellent English. On my departure day, a male staff member helped carry my luggage from the 4th floor down to the 1st floor – thank you so much! If I come to Harbin again, I would definitely stay here again.
