Hotel was OK but it’s underground and if someone’s doesn’t care about health is OK for them but once you get a room and you can sleep you feel like there is no air inside no windows, but the attitude of Hotel staff was nice, but I couldn’t stay more 

Good location.

Worst accommodation I’ve visited. The owner and staff smoke freely in the building. They said it’s non smoking room but there is smoking room. It’s in the underground so the ventilation is even worse. Mold. Dust. Let the photos talk. I requested a early check out but they refused. So I just run away from there to another better place. If you care about your health, never come here.

The hotel was booked only to leave things to walk around Harbin for one day. It is not far from the train station, Arbat and St. Sophia Cathedral; we walked everywhere with a small child. Upon check-in, I immediately indicated through the translator that we would leave our things and leave in the evening. There was a friendly guy at the reception who showed us to our room. Of course, we would not spend the night in such a hotel. The room had no windows, the air was stale, there was a fan, a table and a bed. The toilet and shower are shared and terrible, there was a smell. The hotel has an attractive price.
