Not too bad, but hygiene not so good. First room was really small and ice on inside of the windows. Bedsheets quite dirty, seemed not to be washed for a while. Location is fine and friendly people, for the price I had expected better.

My room is relatively small and the price is relatively cheap. I have not communicated before booking online, and I live in the store. The boss and the waiter have very good service attitudes.

首先説二分是因為老闆開始態度還蠻好的，就入住體驗我很不想給分，
圖一是老闆説我預訂的房間，圖二是我到店後老闆給換的房間，都是三樓北向很冷，一進屋就能感覺到冷氣不是熱氣，老闆帶我看了房間是圖一更冷，實際圖二不僅冷而且小的可憐，進屋子衹能在床上，屋子裡衹能放一個小馬紮子就不能轉身了，床和衞生間的距離是要側着身才能過去的。屋子裡冷，老闆説要等晚上九點以後才能供暖，實際上等一整晚暖氣衹能説是不冰手的温度，老闆説我敏感，實際上不是我自己説冷，我辦理入住的時候有個人過去説經常住他家很冷然後人家沒住就走了，還有就是熱水器的熱水不是一直有，大概十分鐘左右就冷瞭然後要等半小時以上再熱十分鐘左右，老闆説我水流放大了的關係，還説我表達讓他聽不懂。但是我住過的所有賓館酒店民宿都是一直有熱水的。還有空調不能用，老闆説衹能製冷，還有電視不能用，老闆説沒買什麼東西所以不能看，還有老闆説如果續入住可以給我換二樓南向大一點的房間，而且不用網上預訂給我找補回來，但是我還有小孩子不敢嘗試不能再凍一晚上了，還有就是304隔壁是飯店隔音相當於零，喝酒聊天聲音吵到你懷疑人生，老闆説要等到九點以後飯店關門才行，讓我自己用手機看點啥去蓋過飯店的聲音。總之就是地理位置還好去哪算方便，但是入住需要先實際看過房間再交費，老闆態度需要你續住才能好一點，不然你不續住還提出問題的時候老闆其實會變臉哦。

冬天房間空調不能開，屋裡很冷，床睡着還很硌。屋裡衞生紙都要收費，第一次見酒店沒有衞生紙！！！晚下樓退房5分鐘就，還收一個小時的費用……也是頭一回見，態度差！！！

老闆太熱情了，幫忙提行李上樓，幫忙看票等，而且賓館位置太好了，對面就有一條長長的集市，離熱門的景點都挺近，沒退按金就走了老闆還主動聯繫退按金給我👍🏻
