Manxin Hotel Harbin Central Street Sophia Church

Traveling with my kids and parents, a total of five of us, we booked two rooms. The front desk was very thoughtful and arranged for both rooms to be on the first floor. The rooms were well-equipped, and the location, right by Saint Sophia Cathedral, was incredibly convenient for getting to all the attractions. Whether by taxi or on foot, it was super easy to get around. Right across the street is the famous Daoli Market, where you can explore various local snacks. One of our rooms had a direct view of the cathedral, which was fantastic. The service was also excellent; they answered all our questions and were very attentive. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic! You can see the church from your room, and Daoli Market is right across the street. It's also close to Central Avenue, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is simple yet comfortable, and the service is warm and friendly. Breakfast is served until 11 AM, so you can sleep in and still enjoy it – that's a huge plus! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin.

This is a great hotel with an excellent location. You can sit on the windowsill at night and see St. Sophia Cathedral. The hotel is very clean overall, the service is good, and the breakfast is decent. It's especially suitable for first-time visitors to St. Sophia Cathedral, as you can easily go down to the square to see the church day and night. Other than being a bit pricey, everything else is perfect.

This hotel has a fantastic Russian ambiance, and you can walk right out to Sophia Square. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast is clean, hygienic, and served for a good amount of time, making it super convenient for sightseeing. My friend and I had a very comfortable stay, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Harbin! Please pay attention to soundproofing and service awareness.

Right outside is Sofia Square, absolutely loved it! It was clean and tidy, and the service was thoughtful! Breakfast was also abundant and served until 11 AM. My child played late the night before, woke up at 10 AM, and still had plenty of time for breakfast, even skipping lunch because they were so full! Excellent!

The location is great! However, the windows in the scenic room were quite dirty, which affected the view. This isn't really a service issue, but more something the owner should address by hiring someone to clean the windows. Otherwise, everything else was fine. No need for a follow-up.

Had a great experience! The view from our room directly overlooked Hagia Sophia. The hotel entrance is right on Hagia Sophia Square (though if you're taking a taxi, choose 'Lao Mo Russian Restaurant' as your drop-off, since it's street-facing and you can cut through it to the hotel lobby). Across the square, there's a mall, which was super convenient for dining and shopping. The room layout was practical, and it's really close to Harbin Station. What truly stood out was the breakfast – a wide variety and absolutely delicious, easily one of the best restaurants among HUAZHU Group hotels. The staff's service attitude was also excellent. The only slight downside was the air conditioner's placement; if you sleep on the inner side of the bed, you might get a direct draft.
