Atour S Hotel on Harbin Central Avenue

This hotel is located in the bustling area of Harbin's Central Street, boasting a beautiful surrounding environment and convenient transportation. The location is excellent, very close to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and the church. Buses downstairs make it convenient to get to various attractions. The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious enough, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The staff are very friendly, greeting guests proactively and helping with luggage. Any issues reported to the front desk were handled and resolved promptly.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The lobby has a refined, bookish ambiance. Check-in was quick, and they even offered hot tea, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the zero-pressure mattress and deep-sleep pillows were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water came quickly, and the external vanity sink was super practical. Little details like the bedside wireless charger, lighted makeup mirror, and clothesline were incredibly thoughtful. Breakfast had a live noodle station, plus a rich and fresh selection of Chinese and Western pastries and fruits. The free laundry room and gym were very useful, and they even offered warm congee late at night. The young man and woman at the front desk provided exceptional service! I'm completely won over and will definitely stay at Atour again next time!

Excellent location, right next to Central Street, and close to all the main attractions. There's a bus stop downstairs, so transportation is super convenient. The room is very spacious, soundproofing is good, and it's very clean! 👍👍

The room, as always, was clean and smoke-free, equipped with a humidifier. The view from the seventeenth floor was great, and it was very quiet. It's conveniently located for getting to Central Street, and the breakfast selection was quite rich.

Service: I booked this hotel online. Upon arrival, I had a discussion with the front desk staff regarding my room's location. Soon after, a beautiful and tall service attendant personally came up to assist with coordination and suggestions. She even helped with my luggage, and her tone was gentle and her attitude kind throughout. I forgot to ask for her name, but I remember she was a lovely young woman from Xinjiang. Her warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service left a deep impression on me, so much so that after returning to Beijing, I've recommended this hotel to my friends multiple times. Environment: Clean, tidy, fresh, and elegant.

Excellent experience! The room was spacious, the service was great, and the facilities were very new and clean. It was also conveniently located. They even gave my child a free breakfast and two small toys when we checked out.

Excellent hotel, right next to Hagia Sophia and the main avenue. It's walking distance to all the attractions. The breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. They offer laundry service and a gym; my clothes were washed, dried, and even folded before being delivered to my room! The breakfast is really good! I especially want to highlight how quiet the hotel is at night, which made for a great sleep! Such a wonderful hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!
